Clear pricing guidance
Fees built around the file
You receive a written estimate after a no-cost scope check. The amount reflects record volume and complexity—not the value of support being sought.
Complete means-test application audit
One applicant, one household and up to six months of relevant records. Includes issue register, income schedule, document index and findings conference.
Bank record reconciliation
Up to three accounts and three months of statements, with credit classification and a 30-minute findings call.
Reconsideration file review
Comparison of the written reason, original declaration and current financial evidence. Scope depends on file history and deadline.
What can change the estimate
Additional bank accounts, transaction histories longer than six months, self-employment records, several property or investment interests, incomplete copies, urgent deadlines and a need to reconstruct earlier declarations all add review time. We identify these factors before you approve the engagement.
Payment and timing
A 50% deposit reserves the review period. The balance is due before the findings report is released. Pricing is informational on this website; no payment is collected here. Accepted payment methods and an invoice are provided after engagement.
If the scope expands because new records reveal an additional issue, work pauses while we explain the change and quote it. You can accept the expanded scope or receive the completed work to that point.
Reduced-fee capacity
We reserve a limited number of reduced-fee reviews for applicants referred by qualifying community organisations. Availability varies and is not guaranteed. The referring organisation may ask us about current capacity without sharing an applicant’s personal information.
