Understand the financial issue before responding
This review is for a person who has received a written query or adverse means-test outcome and needs to organise the factual financial response. We compare the stated reason with the original declarations, available records and any new evidence.
The deliverable is a discrepancy map, chronology and indexed evidence schedule. Where a factual explanation is supported, we help present it clearly. Where evidence conflicts, we state that directly and identify what remains unresolved.
We are not attorneys and do not appear at tribunals, draft legal argument or advise on statutory prospects. If the matter needs legal interpretation or a deadline cannot safely accommodate our review, we will say so before engagement.
